Orbx provides users the ability to purchase or freely download software from the website (“OrbxDirect”), the client application (the “Client”, “Orbx Central”) and related internet services (collectively, the “Service(s)”). The Service is operated by Orbx Simulation Systems Pty. Ltd. and its group of companies (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “group”, or “Orbx”) for users of the Service (“you”).

Where these laws apply to Orbx, we commit to responding to data-related inquiries, requests, or reported breaches within the legally required timeframes. Typically, this includes responding to access or deletion requests within 30 days and notifying relevant authorities and affected individuals of data breaches within 72 hours, as required.
