Bush Aviation refers to air operations carried out in remote areas of the world. It involves operations in rough terrain, where there are no prepared airstrips, requiring often adapted equipment. Bush Aviation is carried out in all conditions climatic. Its goal is to supply posts isolated, pilots often have to face unfavourable weather. In addition, planes land without marked runways or equipped with guidance instruments.
Four different missions are included in the package. The air operations are conducted in a country currently served by Aviation Sans Frontières, the Central African Republic.
The missions, scheduled on 4 different days, uses the Kodiak 100 by SimWorks Studios and is therefore required. 4 Airports have been improved or created (if absent from standard FS2020). Changes in weather conditions are simulated during missions as well as incidents leading the pilot to make decisions.
New: 12 Landing Challenges are offered in the package in 3 different locations and with 3 different planes (Kodiak, TBM 930 and Cessna Grand Caravan). A final score will show how you mastered the challenging landing.
Customers that have already purchased the Humanitarian Wings Mission that uses the default Cessna Grand Caravan 208 are able to "purchase" this for free. Note that both mission packs cannot be installed at the same time and you will need to own the SimWorks Studios Kodiak!
Orbx has waived its fees for the handling of these transactions and 100% of the proceeds (net of any applicable taxes) goes to Aviation Sans Frontieres.
The mission of Day 2 is also provided in a separate package for free.
