From the developer behind the very popular HD Global Trees, indie creator Dmytro Krykunov brings a new level of realism to your sim with MSFS Global Powerlines, compatible with both MSFS 2020 and 2024. This add-on replaces the generic power tower models in the simulator with highly detailed, handcrafted 3D models that enhance the look of the power network—crucial for VFR navigation and low-level flying.

Whether you're skimming city outskirts or flying low across rural landscapes, power lines now appear as they do in real life, without impacting performance.

Important Information:

MSFS Global Powerlines does NOT control the placement or orientation of power lines. It replaces the default MSFS power tower models with higher-quality versions but relies on MSFS/Asobo’s streaming data for placement and direction.

All placement and orientation issues originate from the default sim and are outside this product’s control. Adjusting placements manually would require more than 100GB of additional data and cause performance issues. Some towers intentionally omit wires to reduce visual issues specific to FS2020. If needed, you can easily switch back to default models or remove the add-on using the built-in management tool.
