PNG Highland Bush Strips Pack 4

Another great addition from indie developer Ken Hall. This pack has been developed exclusively for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, taking full advantage of the latest features offered by the new SDK. The updated SDK brings numerous improvements over its predecessor, enabling a richer and more immersive experience.

Pack features 7 more great airstrips from the Eastern Highlands area of Papua New Guinea.

This highland region of Papua New Guinea (PNG) showcases stunning natural beauty. Many of the airstrips are situated on elevated plateaus, offering some of the most scenic views in the simulator. Landings and takeoffs here are both challenging and visually rewarding.

Several of the airstrips are long enough—and often feature an uphill gradient—making them suitable for larger aircraft when flown with skill. With a careful approach, planning, and effective braking or reverse thrust, pilots can safely deliver essential supplies to the remote highland communities.

A special thanks goes to the Massive Sim 32 community for their continued support and inspiration. Several members generously volunteered to be modeled as pilots featured within the scenery—thank you for bringing the world to life.

The new MSFS 2024 SDK has truly been an inspiration. It has pushed me to explore new techniques and creative possibilities for presenting these breathtaking destinations. I'm still learning and discovering more features, which I plan to incorporate in future updates to this pack—and in upcoming bush flying adventures.
